This Privacy Policy explains how JoinNemoClaw ("we", "us", "our"), operator of joinnemoclaw.com, collects, uses and protects personal information. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the guidance of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

We do not collect payment card details, government IDs or passwords. We never ask readers for financial information.

- To keep the website secure and working correctly;

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to rectification, to data portability, to damages and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. 10. Children
Our website is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
